Something so old but that still keeps happening in this century.
In March of 2025 Bury My Demons released State Of Dystopia.
Music that tells us to fight together
against the real oppressors.

IT'S GONNA GET BETTER

Amidst all this negativity out there, we decided to give you another point of view.
In September, Bury My Demons released the single ASCENDING on all streaming platforms.
A song that talks about our internal battles, but without losing hope and that everything will get better and we will keep fighting.

In June, Bury My Demons released the single TO YOU MY SORROW on all streaming platforms.
A song that shares deep and very personal feelings from the band's vocalists, which I'm sure many people can relate to.

THE EMPIRE FALLS

In November we released the single EMPIRE on all streaming platforms, which was also released with a badass and comic music video directed by Kyle Lamar / Digital Myle.
EMPIRE has a political and social commentary theme mixed with aggressive riffs a outstanding drums, but with a lighthearted music video and powerful band performance.

THE GHOST IN ME

In April we had the pleasure of releasing our 2nd single GHOST on all streaming platforms, which was released alongside a music video directed by Kyle Lamar / Digital Myle.
GHOST highlights mental health issues along with thoughts of suicide, but still overcoming these demons and being stronger than before.

THE BEGINNING

John Allen was working on his new project, but he was looking for the specific pieces to make it work.
In April 2022 John met his friend Gustavo Kölndorfer at a show at the legendary Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, the two continued brainstorming ideas for the band until Gus finally
moved to Denver.
So, after accepting John's invitation and dragging along Gus's longtime friend, guitarist and producer Roger Bohlen,
we arrived at what we were looking for.
We are Bury My Demo ns a heavy metal band
established in 2022, in Denver, Colorado.
On December 2nd we released our first single WITHOUT YOU featuring Cristian Machado (Lions At The Gate, ex- Ill Nino) and Ahrue Luster (Lions At The Gate, ex- Ill Nino and ex-Machine Head)
