About
Bury My Demons
Denver-based metalcore band Bury My Demons formed in 2022 and it was quickly off to the races.
The band certainly has an international flair. The members hail from various locations all over North and South America — vocalist John Allen is originally from New Jersey; guitarist Roger Bohlen is a Colorado Native, guitarist Gustavo Kölndorfer is from São Paulo, Brazil; and drummer Mikey Klein is from North Dakota.
While they come from various far-flung places, all that matters is the metalcore music that the quintet makes when the members come together and knuckle down on their instruments.
Bury My Demons have steadily dropped a series of singles since their formation. Their first track "Without You" (December 2022) featured Cristian Machado and Ahrue Luster of Lions at the Gate. It was followed by "Ghost," "Empire," "To You My Sorrow," and "Ascending," allowing the band to set the stage and grow is fanbase organically.
Bury My Demons have performed shows with national acts such as Upon Burning Body, The Browning, Lions At The Gate, and Wake Me.
Although they have only been together for a scant few years, the buzz continues to escalate and will soon hit deafening levels, as the band has secured a spot on the 2025 edition of Milwaukee Metal Fest.
